The Hotel Calheta Beach is pleased to accommodate your next business event. For a smaller event, such as a meeting, the Marina Room, on the first floor, can accommodate up to 12 and has a projector to display presentations. Larger events are accommodated on the ground floor, in the Galé Room. This is conveniently situated next to the Rabaçal Bar and can hold up to 75 delegates. It has a modern sound and video system and a stage for displays or presentations. These rooms can of course also be used for cocktails and private meals while the Galé Room has the flexibility of a DJ system and even space to dance. The hotel will be pleased to discuss your needs and tailor-make a package to ensure the success of your next business event. |
